Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity and Risk Coordinator to join our team at ION. As a key member of our operational resilience team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing our Business Continuity Planning (BCP) programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement BCP plans to ensure business continuity and minimize disruption to our operations.
- Conduct business impact assessments and risk analyses to identify potential threats and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement controls and procedures to ensure operational resilience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure our BCP programme remains compliant and effective.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business continuity planning and risk management, with a strong understanding of operational resilience principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to business continuity and risk management.
