Job Title: Senior Paid Media Executive

We are seeking a talented Senior Paid Media Executive to join our team and take up a key role in managing our client accounts across Search, Shopping, Display, and Social channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage a selection of client accounts across Search, Shopping, Display, and Social channels.
  • Create personalized account project plans, budget recommendations, and reports to drive value to the account.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure the account actions, strategy, and recommendations are matching the core focus for their business.
  • Monitor performance within client accounts and provide analysis and investigation.
  • Ensure correct tracking and attribution is in place for Paid Media activity and take responsibility for adding this where required.
  • Attend weekly calls and update clients on progress, performance, and ongoing account activity.
  • Closely manage and monitor media budgets across the client base and conduct month-end reconciliation and administration.
  • Take an active role in your own personal development, identifying knowledge gaps, and supporting skill diffusion within the team.
  • Act as a role model and champion for the Paid Media team both internally and externally, continually suggesting new ideas and improvements to enhance product and benefit client performance.
  • Represent the team within strategy review processes, sharing performance information, opportunities, and working with other channel teams to ensure alignment.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience managing Paid Media campaigns, either in an agency or in-house.
  • Proven experience of owning account optimisations, reports, and performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex situations in a carrying degree of detail for different audiences.
  • Up-to-date Google Ads certifications.
  • Experienced in using all major ad platforms, as well as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Supermetrics.
  • Comfortable working across Search, Display, and Social channels, with a solid grasp of how to utilize each to reach and acquire customers at different journey touchpoints.
  • A clear understanding of digital marketing practices across B2C and B2B business models, and how they differ.
  • An analytical thinker who is highly organized, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, comfortable using a range of formulas (you know your VLOOKUPs from your SUMIFs).
  • A 'can-do' attitude and ambition to continually step outside your comfort zone, trialing new ideas and ways of working.
