Job Title: Senior Paid Media Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paid Media Executive to join our team. As a Senior Paid Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing a selection of client accounts across Search, Shopping, Display, and Social channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Directly manage a selection of client accounts, ensuring that their Paid Media strategies are aligned with their business goals.
  • Strategy Development: Create personalized account project plans, budget recommendations, and reports to drive value to the account.
  • Client Communication: Work closely with clients to ensure that the account actions, strategy, and recommendations are matching the core focus for their business.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance within client accounts and provide analysis and investigation to optimize results.
  • Media Budget Management: Closely manage and monitor media budgets across the client base and conduct month-end reconciliation and administration.
  • Team Collaboration: Act as a role model and champion for the Paid Media team, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance product and benefit client performance.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience managing Paid Media campaigns in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Proven experience of owning account optimisations, reports, and performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex situations in a carrying degree of detail for different audiences.
  • Up-to-date Google Ads certifications.
  • Experience in using all major ad platforms, as well as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Supermetrics.
  • Comfortable working across Search, Display, and Social channels, with a solid grasp of how to utilize each to reach and acquire customers at different journey touchpoints.
  • A clear understanding of digital marketing practices across B2C and B2B business models, and how they differ.
  • An analytical thinker who is highly organized, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, comfortable using a range of formulas.
  • A 'can-do' attitude and ambition to continually step outside your comfort zone, trialing new ideas and ways of working.
