Role Overview
As an intern, you will play a vital role in our Recruitment and Talent Acquisition team. Your primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Advertising and managing job vacancies, with a focus on Retail Sales Associates
- Facilitating assessment centers for the recruitment of Sales Associates
- Employing Application Tracking System (ATS) software (Workday)
- Coordinating interview schedules
- Establishing connections with candidates and key stakeholders
- Assisting with various Talent Acquisition initiatives
Qualifications for Success
We seek a student or recent graduate with a strong interest in recruitment or talent acquisition. Previous experience in HR or recruitment is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural setting are essential. Proficiency in English is required, while additional skills in French or Italian are beneficial.
This internship will offer valuable insights into recruitment and talent acquisition across diverse European markets, equipping you for a career in HR within an international organization.
