Facilities Management Officer

About the Role
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Head of Centre and senior management team by maintaining the school site and associated facilities under an agreed system of supervision. This will involve managing external contractors working on site, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the school site and associated facilities, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards.
- Supervise and manage external contractors working on site, ensuring that all work is completed to the required standard.
- Develop and implement a system of supervision to ensure that the school site and associated facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
- Work closely with the Head of Centre and senior management team to ensure that the school site and associated facilities meet the needs of the school and its stakeholders.
Requirements
- Hardworking and organised individual with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and maintain records and reports.
