Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the school site and facilities, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards.
  • Supervise and manage external contractors working on site, ensuring that all work is completed to the agreed specification.
  • Develop and implement a maintenance schedule to ensure that all facilities are properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Centre and senior management team to ensure that the school site and facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
