We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Administrator to enhance our support operations, managing all incoming sales orders and associated purchase orders.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will deliver comprehensive information and support to colleagues in Sales, Logistics, and Warehouse, ensuring all customer needs are met effectively. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, both internal and external, is essential. You will need to exhibit enthusiasm, a positive demeanor, meticulous attention to detail, proficient written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a collaborative spirit.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of two years in a customer service role
  • Strong communication skills with clients, suppliers, and team members
  • Experience in nurturing relationships with key client decision-makers
  • Professional handling of incoming calls with efficiency and courtesy
  • Ability to forecast product demand and manage supply accordingly
  • Proficient in prioritizing and managing incoming sales inquiries, understanding client needs, and proposing suitable solutions
  • Capable of managing deadlines and a busy workload effectively
