We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our support team at TricorBraun, a global packaging leader. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences.

TricorBraun is a division of a leading packaging company, specializing in the supply of plastic bottles, glass bottles, plastic jars, glass jars, aluminum bottles, aluminum jars, closures, dispensers, spray pumps, and lotion pumps. Our team members work in various locations worldwide, providing innovative solutions to customers across diverse industries.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clear and concise information and guidance to colleagues in Sales, Logistics, and Warehouse to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, internal and external, demonstrating enthusiasm, a positive attitude, attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication skills, good organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and colleagues, utilizing your excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Establish future product demand and plan supply, ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
  • Effectively handle and prioritize new, incoming sales inquiries, listening and identifying client needs, and suggesting the most appropriate solutions.
  • Manage deadlines and prioritize a busy workload as necessary.
