About the Role

As an Internal Sales Advisor, you will play a critical role in cultivating and strengthening relationships with existing account customers, proactively hunting for new business opportunities, and identifying fresh leads to drive sales growth. You will work closely with our National Account Manager and Head of Customer Services to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing account customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively hunt for new business opportunities and identify fresh leads to drive sales growth.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business results.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
