Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at DDH Recruitment Ltd. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food and beverage service, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and leading a team of hospitality professionals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Food & Beverage standards of performance across the department according to Company SOP Manual
  • Ensure the department is adequately staffed in line with business levels
  • Ensure that our guests are served efficiently with quality food and drink in a relaxed atmosphere and receive the highest possible standard of care
  • Maintain effective communication with the Kitchen and other F and B departments
  • Maximise revenue generated through selling techniques and good control procedures
  • Assist with and monitor departmental training and coaching
Requirements:
  • Candidates will ideally have supervisory experience within a good quality restaurant and be looking to develop a career in hotel management
  • Flexibility is required to work any five days out of seven on a rota basis, with Duty Management shift also required
