Restaurant Venue Manager

We're seeking a passionate leader to join our Restaurants department at Butlin's Bognor Regis Resort as a Restaurant Venue Manager for a fixed-term maternity cover until 30th November 2025.
About the RoleAs a Venue Manager, you'll play a vital role in creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. You'll be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests have a fun and entertaining holiday.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Drive standards and consistency across the restaurant, adhering to Butlin's brand standards and way of working
- Analyze KPIs and stock control systems to maximize gross profit margins
- Ensure high levels of hygiene and cleanliness, adhering to food safety and health & safety policies
- Manage rotas based on fluctuating guest volumes and work with a multi-skilled team to support other areas of the business
We're looking for an individual with prior experience in a food & beverage environment, with strong experience in being guest and customer-facing and dealing with a range of queries and sometimes complaints directly. You should be passionate about leading and developing a team, supporting people through regular 121's and coaching. You should have experience managing rotas based on fluctuating guest volumes, and working with a multi-skilled team to support other areas of the business based on guest demand.
You should be able to demonstrate experience of leading teams to success, including proficiency in managing performance, coaching the team, delivering team training, setting standards, role modeling this behavior, problem-solving & feedback, and managing multiple priorities while adapting quickly to changing requirements.
