About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned leader to fill a fixed-term maternity cover position as a Restaurant Venue Manager at our Bognor Regis Resort. As a key member of our Restaurants department, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving team success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of hospitality professionals to provide outstanding dining experiences for our guests
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance team performance
  • Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives and maintain high standards of quality and service
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and stock control systems to optimize gross profit margins and ensure efficient operations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety policies, and maintain a clean and safe working environment
