About the Role

We're seeking a passionate leader to join our Restaurants department as a Restaurant Venue Manager on a fixed-term maternity cover until 30th November. As a Venue Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences to our guests by nurturing, training, and coaching the team in a fun-filled environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive standards and lead the team to excellence, incorporating all brand standards and Butlin's way of working
  • Analyse KPIs and stock control systems to maximise gross profit margins and adhere to food safety and health & safety policies
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage rotas based on fluctuating guest volumes and work with multi-skilled teams to support other areas of the business based on guest demand
  • Lead by example and inspire others to deliver experiences that truly delight our guests
About You

We're looking for an individual with prior experience in a food & beverage environment, with strong experience of being guest and customer-facing and dealing with a range of queries and sometimes complaints directly. You should be passionate about leading and developing a team and supporting people through regular coaching and feedback.
