Job Title: Facades Design Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facades Design Manager to join our team at Inhabit Group. As a key member of our Design and Consultancy team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of building facades, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of building facades, including 2D and 3D drafting, documentation, and administration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design solutions meet project requirements and constraints.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design and delivery processes.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as architecture, civil engineering, or architectural technology.
  • Proven experience in facade design and development, with a strong understanding of building envelope systems and materials.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D drafting software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
