Key Responsibilities

  2. Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless delivery of designs.
  3. Project Leadership: Lead projects and manage project teams to deliver our scope of services.
  4. Technical Expertise: Work closely with clients, architects, contractors, and supply chain to deliver high-quality facade solutions.
Requirements
  1. Portfolio: A portfolio of medium to large-scale projects showcasing your expertise in facade design.
  2. Design Skills: Apply design principles to all aspects of a facade package, including curtain wall, window systems, precast cladding, stonework, and brickwork.
  3. Communication: Demonstrate strong communication skills through sketching, drawing, writing, and using computer modeling tools.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD and software tools for building physics assessments and parametric studies.
