About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facades Design Manager to join our team at Inhabit Group. As a key member of our Design Consultancy team, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of facade projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and excellent client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of facade projects, ensuring compliance with project constraints and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skills development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technical standards, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the management team to secure new business opportunities, develop marketing strategies, and ensure project profitability.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery, maintaining high technical standards and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's quality management system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in architecture, civil/structural engineering, or architectural technology.
  • Proven experience in facade design, with a strong understanding of design software, including Autocad, Revit, Rhino, Solidworks, and Sketchup Pro.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge, with a focus on facade design, materials, and systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, with a focus on client satisfaction and project delivery.
