Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in the delivery of high-quality clinical pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • To deputise for the Advanced Level Pharmacist Homecare in the delivery of Pharmacy Homecare Service.
  • To liaise with Clinical Lead Pharmacists and Advanced level Pharmacist - Homecare, to develop and implement a Pharmacy Homecare Service policy and strategy.
  • To provide a high-profile role in the clinical provision and development of pharmaceutical services where appropriate to other medical specialty areas related to homecare.
  • To act as a role model for all pharmacy staff and specifically for junior pharmacists and trainee pharmacists.
  • To promote effective clinical and homecare pharmacy services.
Requirements

Applicants should have a strong background in clinical pharmacy and excellent communication skills. A postgraduate qualification in a relevant field would be an advantage.
