About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services across a range of specialties, including emergency medicine, critical care, and oncology.
  • Develop and implement clinical pharmacy initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce medication errors.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and policies.
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • MRPharmS qualification and completion of stage 1 of diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a range of clinical specialties and clinical hospital experience.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and skills, with the ability to apply evidence-based practice.
