Content Operations Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Content Operations Associate to join our Digital Samples team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining the digital range plan, updating our Content Management system (Flo), and analyzing content figures to drive key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and update content management tool (Flo) to ensure accurate and timely information
  2. Collaborate with Digital Merchandising to understand priorities and maintain an updated range per season
  3. Partner with sample assistants and coordinators to shoot content for key business initiatives, such as Runway, beauty, outlet, and capsule collections
  4. Support and report on floor set content deadlines and impact on seasonal readiness
  5. Conduct daily stock checks to support capturing in stock and not online by pulling in all available SAPs
  6. Complete auditing for all digital samples, including any problematics to manage stock
  7. Drive development of content management tool from an operation perspective
  8. Manage global TOP and HUB stock orders for digital and 3P accounts
  9. Manage the returns process and liaise with vendors and hubs once product is shot
  10. Raise vendor sample orders and sample transfers on SAP, partnering with sourcing to update delivery information and anticipate delivery delays
  11. Raise resampling orders and update costs so the Assistant Manager can track budget
  12. Update content management tool (Flo) daily with sample information/delivery dates
  13. Work with coordinators to ensure top arrives ahead of deadline by working with the critical path
Requirements:
  1. Highly analytical with an acute attention to detail
  2. Excellent/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  3. Ability to pick up system processes and sample requirements within Digital teams
  4. Good problem-solving ability
  5. Self-driven and uses own initiative
  6. Strong interpersonal skills to build cross-functional relationships
  7. Previous digital experience preferred
  8. SAP knowledge is desired, but not essential
  9. Flexibility required to work in office and home
