About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled International Development Manager to join our team at Manchester Airport PLC. As a key member of our International Development team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain sound intelligence and provide robust insights into potential development opportunities for Manchester Airport PLC.
  • Provide support and practical management across a variety of project engagements and focus areas, taking point on coordinating activities between key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the overall international development pipeline workflows and associated activities, maintaining accurate market intelligence and insights from across the Global airport concession space.
  • Produce relevant reports and updates as required.
  • Support in identifying new business opportunities by monitoring public and private sector tender portals and manage the bidding budgets.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in managing complex international projects with multiple stakeholders, including designing and developing complex commercial proposals and innovative solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with commercial and financial acumen, enabling you to interpret complex financial data.
  • Ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to shape a narrative that influences decision-making.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Background in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) or Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) is a significant advantage for this position.
