Matron Role at The Harley Street Clinic

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Matron to lead our Surgical, Oncology, and Duty Manager teams at The Harley Street Clinic, rated 'Outstanding' by CQC. As a Matron, you will be responsible for 24-hour accountability for the management and oversight of all patients within the facility, promoting excellence as standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Surgical, Oncology, and Duty Manager teams
  • Ensure high-quality patient care and experience
  • Monitor, measure, and evaluate service delivery
  • Promote a nurturing environment for patients, relatives, visitors, and staff
