About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estates Manager to join our Property Team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As an Estates Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties across Southern UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large portfolio of properties, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on property management, lease negotiations, and collaborate closely with construction and facilities management teams.
  • Ensure financial prudence in managing rents and other liabilities, contributing to cost-saving strategies.
  • Engage in property transactions, including rent reviews, lease renewals, and other strategic property decisions.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in multi-site property or estate management.
  • RICS qualification (completed or in progress) is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in landlord and tenant legislation with excellent strategic and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong communicator, eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess a full UK Driving License for site visits.
