About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Asset Management Coordinator to join our team at Places for People. As a key member of our Asset Management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Asset Manager in developing and monitoring key property data within our CAFM system (MRI).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Asset Manager in developing and monitoring key property data within the CAFM system (MRI)
  • Assist the Asset Manager with annual budgets and documentation
  • Manage and maintain the property liabilities register, ensuring alignment with the budget and flagging any concerns
  • Approve rent and service charges payments, contribute to monthly billing
  • Communicate with stakeholders on asset management activities
  • Conduct site visits and assist with landlord and tenant matters, including lease interpretation
  • Assist the Asset Manager with options appraisals for disposing of and acquiring new sites

About You

We are looking for a candidate with at least three years of experience in asset management, financial analysis, or a related field. You should have proven expertise in using CAFM systems and producing data reports using MS Office. Additionally, you should have demonstrated stakeholder management skills, experience in a fast-paced commercial environment, and a background in working with facilities and project management teams.
