Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at The Ivy Asia. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of service during peak periods, while maintaining our high standards of service and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Delivery
    • Manage floor operations in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
    • Ensure the efficient flow of service is met during service periods, while adhering to our service standards.
    • Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to all guests at all times.
  • Team Management
    • Manage all employees in line with the agreed skills and standards, providing regular feedback and appraisals.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Adhere to and uphold all food safety and quality regulations.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality regulations.
