Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team at Toaster. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving business growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Planning: Create and implement account plans to meet client objectives and drive business results.

  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with clients, ensuring clear understanding of project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a global tech industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in budgeting and forecasting, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
