About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme and Project Professional to join our team as Assistant Head of Project Management Office. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile project, the NHS Wales Decarbonisation programme, and contribute to the effective delivery of this transformational change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on data analysis within the programme and projects, reviewing complex data, communicating data issues, and accurately analysing and interpreting information to inform all aspects of the programme.
- Develop and implement policies, processes, and methodologies to support the NHS Wales Decarbonisation programme.
- Work closely with stakeholders from all services within NWSSP and NHS to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Seek to support and embed best practice across the organisation, working closely with stakeholders from all services within NWSSP and NHS.

Requirements
- Experienced in successfully managing the full life cycle of projects.
- Working with managers and staff at all levels, including Director/Senior level/Executive level.
- Delivering change management.
- Experienced in managing staff and budgets.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- Proven ability to successfully manage complex projects.
- Experience of working within a project structure and managing complex change.
- Experience with the three-year integrated medium-term planning process.
