About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Office Assistant to join our team at NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective delivery of the NHS Wales Decarbonisation programme, working closely with a small team of project managers and supporting the Decarbonisation programme lead.

Main Responsibilities

The Assistant Head of Project Management Office will be expected to have a sound understanding of NHS Wales and the relationship NWSSP has with Health Boards and Trusts. The post holder must possess excellent communication, stakeholder management skills, which will help ensure policies, processes, and methodologies are developed and adopted across the organisation and wider boundaries in support of the NHS Wales Decarbonisation programme.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in successfully managing the full life cycle of projects.
  • Working with managers and staff at all levels including Director / Senior level/ Executive level.
  • Delivering change management.
  • Experience in managing staff and budgets.
