About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Office Assistant to join our team at NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective delivery of the NHS Wales Decarbonisation programme, working closely with a small team of project managers and supporting the Decarbonisation programme lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver change management and lead on data analysis within the programme and projects, reviewing complex data and communicating data issues.
  • Develop and adopt policies, processes, and methodologies across the organisation and wider boundaries in support of the NHS Wales Decarbonisation programme.
  • Support and embed best practice across the organisation, working closely with stakeholders from all services within NWSSP and NHS.

Requirements

  • Experience in successfully managing the full life cycle of projects, working with managers and staff at all levels, including Director/Senior level/Executive level.
  • Delivering change management and managing staff and budgets.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage complex projects, experience of working within a project structure, and managing complex change.
