About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Office Assistant to join our team at NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the effective delivery of the NHS Wales Decarbonisation programme, working closely with a small team of project managers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of the NHS Wales Decarbonisation programme
  • Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery
  • Develop and implement policies, processes, and methodologies to support the programme
  • Lead on data analysis and provide insights to inform programme decisions
  • Support the embedding of best practice across the organisation

Requirements

  • Experience in successfully managing projects and programmes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work on multiple complex tasks simultaneously and produce high-quality work within tight deadlines
  • Highly developed analytical, interpretational, and comparative skills
  • Ability to communicate with staff at all levels
