Technical Account Manager - ServiceNow Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team at UP3, a leading ServiceNow partner. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with our major and strategic customers to help them maximize the value of their ServiceNow investment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges
  • Providing technical guidance and support to customers to help them achieve their ServiceNow goals
  • Identifying opportunities to expand ServiceNow consumption and adoption within customer organizations
  • Collaborating with our delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and applications
