Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end delivery of complex projects or programs, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to a high level of client satisfaction.
- Support planning and delivery of strategic transformational change programs/projects to ensure effective integration and operationalization of changes into the organization.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with senior business partners, and third parties, becoming a trusted advisor and helping facilitate timely decision-making and trade-offs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain detailed, robust, high-quality project and change management artefacts, including stakeholders, resources, scope, schedule, cost, assumptions, dependencies, etc.
- Manage dependencies with other initiatives and negotiate resource requirements with responsible management when faced with conflicts in priorities.
- Provide proactive risk and issue management, through the validation and control of uncertainties and assumptions.
- Drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of, and proficiency of the changes that impact the business and employees.
- Engage key stakeholders to establish project success factors and gain effective buy-in, ensuring that work is prioritized and appropriate resources are made available.
- Experience managing complex and major business change-focused programs and projects in management consulting or equivalent-sized business environments.
- Demonstrable resilience and ability to tolerate and manage ambiguity.
- Be well-versed in leading or overseeing business and technology solutions delivery lifecycles, using appropriate disciplines and methodologies.
- Be self-sufficient and highly motivated, with the ability to operate in a global matrix environment.
- Change management credentials, e.g. leading people and client change journeys.
- Strong stakeholder management and communications skills with ability and gravitas to operate and influence at Senior Management level.
