Job Title: Transformation Project Manager

Citigroup Global Markets Limited is seeking a highly skilled Transformation Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage transformation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical experts, and vendors, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and best practices.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including project status, risks, and issues.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on transformation projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business requirements and drive project delivery.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
