Job Title: Transformation Project Manager

Citigroup Global Markets Limited is seeking a highly skilled Transformation Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements, develop project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and taking corrective action as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and vendors.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
