About the Role

As a Business Transformation Specialist, you will lead business improvement consulting engagements for our clients, contributing to the development of client relationships and shaping the future direction of OutForm. Your expertise will be invaluable in shaping complex business changes and leading client engagements within a consulting or professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and collaborate with senior client stakeholders, leveraging strong technical project/programme management skills to lead and own engagements from diagnostic through to delivery.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the UK regulated water sector, its policies, regulations, and challenges.
  • Apply knowledge of technical areas such as water treatment, distribution, and wastewater management to drive business improvements.
  • Shape and implement complex business changes, leading client engagements and managing client relationships within a consulting or professional environment.
  • Utilize exceptional communication, relationship building, and influencing skills with high levels of empathy to drive business outcomes.
