This is a contract role working for a leading Retail Banking company in their Accounting support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support and administrative assistance to the team.
The key responsibilities for this role include:
- Processing and managing Corporate Credit Card applications.
- Maintaining the 60-day process for Corporate Credit Card transactions.
- Reviewing, approving, rejecting, and escalating Corporate Credit Card transactions.
- Reviewing and analyzing out-of-policy expenses and escalating potential breaches.
- Reviewing and approving expenses on behalf of the Head of Cost and Organization (delegated authority).
- Providing support to card holders with allocation queries.
- Ensuring adherence to the Corporate Credit Card policy.
- Preparing and maintaining weekly and monthly reports.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- AAT or studying towards a formal finance qualification.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- A good understanding of accounting processes.
- A willingness to learn and develop.
- Great customer service skills.
