About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conference and Events Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and executing all Meetings and Events business within the hotel. You will be an ambassador for the hotel, providing expert advice to guests on our facilities and services, and ensuring that all guests receive an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive Meetings and Events business growth
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Provide expert advice to guests on hotel facilities and services, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
- Process and record all event inquiries, ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that departmental targets and individual KPIs are met
