Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Birmingham Conference & Events Centre. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for organizing and executing client meetings and events, ensuring a memorable experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and execute client meetings and events, ensuring a memorable experience for our clients.
- Create bespoke quotes and respond to all inquiries from the M&E Sales Office Manager.
- Deliver quotes and proposals to clients within brand-standard timeframes, complying with company policy.
- Meet revenue and conversion targets, arranging site visits and delivering outstanding face-to-face appointments.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring repeat business and growth opportunities.
- Previous sales experience in a large hotel or conference venue, with a passion for sales and a strong desire to exceed.
- Ability to deal with sales leads in a professional, organized, and timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident telephone manner.
- Ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt your approach to complete routine and non-routine tasks.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with great time management skills.
- Great team working skills, with the ability to work effectively alone and as part of a team.
