Sales Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Birmingham Conference & Events Centre. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and tactics.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and execute client meetings and events to ensure a memorable experience.
- Create bespoke quotes and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver sales targets and conversion rates while maintaining a strong rapport with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the business and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with the M&E Sales Office Manager to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Previous sales experience in a large hotel or conference venue, with a passion for sales and a strong desire to exceed.
- Ability to deal with sales leads in a professional, organized, and timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident telephone manner.
- Ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt your approach to complete routine and non-routine tasks.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with great time management skills.
- Great team working skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
