About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Care Supervisor to lead our dedicated team in supported living settings, working with adults who have complex needs and mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Registered Manager in running services, including covering in their absence
  • Ensure staffing levels are safe and compliant with legislation and regulatory standards
  • Conduct care assessments and collaborate with healthcare professionals
  • Recruit, supervise, and manage the performance of care workers
  • Complete key audits and maintain compliance
  • Ensure the wellbeing of both service users and staff
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Proven supervisory and team leadership experience in a care setting
  • Experience in either complex needs or mental health support
  • Strong communication and performance management skills
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and knowledgeable of regulatory requirements
