Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our care team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the care team, ensuring that all processes are followed and correctly controlled and documented.
- Ensure that the correct number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet the service demands.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of care services, ensuring that they meet the required standards.
- Comply with regulatory requirements and ensure that all necessary documentation is up-to-date.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification along with a Registration.
- Excellent management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
- Good budget, business management, and commercial skills.
