Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our care team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the care team, ensuring that all processes are followed and correctly controlled and documented.
- Ensure that the correct number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet the service demands.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of care services, ensuring that they meet the required standards.
- Comply with regulatory and contractual requirements, ensuring that all necessary documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
Requirements
- Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification and registration.
- Proven experience in managing a care team and delivering high-quality care services.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong budgeting and business management skills, with the ability to manage resources effectively.
