Theatre Scrub Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Theatre Scrub Nurse to join our team at Ashtead Hospital in Surrey. As a key member of our Theatre department, you will play a vital role in supporting our surgeons and anaesthetists in delivering high-quality patient care.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in a variety of surgical specialties. You will be responsible for preparing operating theatres, maintaining asepsis, and assisting surgeons and anaesthetists during procedures.

Requirements

  • NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions
  • Surgical scrub experience in various specialties
  • Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) desirable but not essential
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
  • Flexible and positive attitude
  • A warm, considerate, and empathetic character
