We are seeking a skilled Theatre Scrub Nurse to join our team at Ashtead Hospital in Surrey. As a key member of our Theatre department, you will play a vital role in supporting our surgeons and anaesthetists in delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expert surgical scrub nursing care to patients undergoing a range of surgical procedures
- Working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
- Contributing to the maintenance of a safe and efficient operating theatre environment
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
Requirements:
- NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions
- Surgical scrub experience within all specialities
- Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) would be desirable, but not essential
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
- Flexible and positive attitude
- A warm, considerate and empathetic character
