Clinical Care Manager

About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse at Bupa, you will play a pivotal role in delivering person-centred care to our residents. You will be responsible for driving and running the unit, alongside clinical duties, including observation, medication, reviewing and evaluating individual care plans, and providing clinical guidance to the care team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents and ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
- Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each of our residents.
- Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to the relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
