About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Theatre Scrub Nurse to join our team at Ashtead Hospital in Surrey. As a key member of our Theatre department, you will play a vital role in supporting our surgeons and anaesthetists in delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert scrub nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Work effectively in a team environment to ensure smooth and efficient theatre operations
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean theatre environment
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions
- Surgical scrub experience within all specialities
- Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) desirable but not essential
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
- Flexible and positive attitude
- A warm, considerate and empathetic character
