Exciting Opportunity as a Supported Living Service Manager

We are currently looking for a new Service Manager to oversee our operations in Camberley, offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Foster a nurturing and empowering atmosphere for individuals to reach their maximum potential.
  • Support the wellbeing and professional development of your staff.
  • Oversee the service's operations efficiently while upholding exceptional quality standards.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and formulate effective operational strategies.
  • Deliver precise and timely management reports.
  • Registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

About You:

  • Significant experience in working with individuals with Learning Disabilities or complex behaviors.
  • Background in Supported Living or Residential Services.
  • Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care is essential.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
  • Willingness to work shifts and be available on call as necessary.
  • Dedication to providing person-centered care and promoting equal opportunities.
