About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker with Alina Homecare, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Accompany clients to appointments, day centers, and social activities to promote social interaction and community engagement.
  • Support clients with budgeting, shopping, and meal planning to ensure a healthy and balanced diet.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their overall well-being and quality of life.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized support plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Requirements
