About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Mess Administrator to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our mess facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Ensure accurate and timely completion of inventories, statistical reports, and other daily tasks.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our members and visitors.
  • Mess Operations: Supervise the production and distribution of mess bills, and brief new joiners on applicable charges.
  • Financial Management: Supervise the costing of functions and associated charges, and present detailed breakdowns of accounts at mess committee meetings.
  • Staff Support: Pay authorized staff voucher payments and advise on general administrative matters.
Requirements
  • Education: Good numeracy and communication skills, good financial awareness, and proficiency in PC skills, especially Word and Excel.
  • Experience: Previous admin and/or accounting experience is required.
  • Security Clearance: Must be eligible to work in the UK and have resided in the UK for 5 years or more to pass security checks.
