About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hall Porter at our Northwood HQ location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the reception services for the Mess, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our clients and customers.
  • Maintain the security integrity of the Mess, adhering to all relevant protocols and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required, supporting the smooth operation of the Mess.
Requirements
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK and have resided in the country for the past 5 years.
  • A DBS check is required for this role.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, but on-the-job training will be provided.
