Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a CX Team Member. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing product knowledge, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and releases
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Meet personal and productivity goals, contributing to the success of the team
Requirements
  • 0-3 years of retail experience, with a passion for athletic products and customer service
  • Confident and comfortable engaging customers, with a natural ability to build rapport
  • Motivated to achieve great results, with a strong enthusiasm for interacting with customers and products
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
